To have an online presence on the Internet requires three elements. A domain name, a website, and hosting. The domain name is how someone finds you, by entering this name in the address bar, eg, www.yourdomain.com. The website is a collection of HTML files or a content management system. Finally, the hosting is where these files or content management system is stored, and where people download these files to their browsers.

We provide four hosting packages, which mainly governs how much disk space you require for your files. At CS Computer Services we believe in only selling you what you need. Why sell you a hosting package which has space for 1 GB of files, when you're only going to use only 10 MB of space? Why charge you for 10 FTP accounts when you're not going to use any? Our prices start from as little as £10 a year that gives you hosting suitable for most small to medium websites. Many companies charge this a MONTH!

Just because our prices are cheap doesn't mean you're skimping on quality. There are no 'Value' stickers on our products! Our hosting server for instance is a dual-quad core i7 (with hyperthreading so shows as 16 CPUs!), 12 GB RAM and has a 15K SCSI RAID 10 array. Viewing this site OK? Its hosted on the same servers. We eat our own dog food! The average server uptime last month was 99.99%.

Designed for Content Management Systems

At CS Computer Services we don't believe in just giving you 200 MB of webspace and then leaving you to get on with it on your own. All packages come with MonkeyCMS content management system pre-installed. This is a full featured open-source system for creating any size website, from a small blog to a full sized ecommerce shopping experience. Our packages reflect that you don't need loads of disk space for the small sites, but you may require extra space for photos, music downloads or other attachmnents.

Mini

50 MB disk space, 1 email account, 1 FTP account, 1 subdomain.

100 MB disk space, 2 email accounts, 2 FTP accounts, 2 subdomains.

200 MB disk space, 5 email accounts, 5 FTP accounts, 5 subdomains.

£20 per year.

Large

500 MB disk space, 10 email accounts, 10 FTP accounts, 10 subdomains.

£40 per year.

All packages have a bandwidth limit of 2 GB per month. All come with cPanel and Fantastico, which gives you complete control over your hosting package. You can have unlimited email addresses (sales@, support@, accounts@, etc) which you can forward to other email accounts. All also come with MonkeyCMS pre-installed too.

How To Order

Each package requires a domain name. This does not necessarily have to have been purchased through us, but does require the nameservers to point to our servers. This is an easy procedure, and our support staff will guide you through this process. Alternatively, you can purchase a domain name through us at very competative prices - .com names are as little as £10 and UK domains from £4.

Updating Your Website

Having a website is great in one way - potential customers can find out more about you and your company information - opening hours, price lists, etc. However, it can be a chore keeping it all up to date. This is where CS Computer Services comes in. We can keep your website maintained and up to date so that you can concentrate on the more important details. And no, its not an expensive subscription service, but a system tailored to your needs. We don't believe in charging a fair price for hosting packages to then try and sting you for 'maintenance' packages. We're fair and honest, and provide a fully reputable service.
